The VIVA Early Career Leadership Program is an exclusive opportunity designed for physicians who have been in practice for less than five years. This immersive program provides a small, select cohort of applicants the chance to build confidence and excellence in clinical practice, develop podium presence, and strengthen leadership potential. Participants will also have the opportunity to engage directly with influential leaders in the field, gaining valuable insights and connections to support their career growth.
Applications open June 2. Early application is strongly encouraged due to limited capacity.
Accepted participants will receive free tuition for VIVA25, roundtrip economy airfare, and up to 2 nights' hotel stay during the conference.
